Great Product and Excellent Customer Service

The ease of use and the quality of the product is really good. There is just about everything you may need and more. The customer service is above industry standards and the overall customer experience is great. I wish that there was an option to integrate with other services like Twilio or the other solutions that are out there. We were looking for a tool that was easy to use, but with the options we were looking at it was almost too easy. We are looking to see how we can further integrate…

Pros
  • Allows us much flexibility when building customized applications as well! It has also had excellent support from their team during implementation & ongoing maintenance issues/issues arising after upgrade completion which helps smooth things along so far..great client rep relationship thusfar!! :)
