Broke in half while sitting.
I am well under the stated weight limit for this chair. After using it less than a dozen times, it split in half while sitting on it. I didn't do anything that would put unusual stress on the seat. Without warning, there was a tearing sound, and the next thing I knew I was in the shower. Luckily the injuries were minor but like some others who have left negative reviews I urge buyers to exercise extreme caution when handling this product. It's better not to use anything than risk a spinal or head injury.
