Do not buy. Not worth the money and hassle. No returns

One of the adjustable screw feet was broken so I figured I could return it as broken. NO. This item cannot be returned even if it has never been used and is defective. Don't waste money. Buy a metal type that has a pin type setting. A few dollars more and you have a product you can rely on and not a big piece of plastic waste lying around.

Pros
  • Working well
Cons
  • Some issues

Broke in half while sitting.

I am well under the stated weight limit for this chair. After using it less than a dozen times, it split in half while sitting on it. I didn't do anything that would put unusual stress on the seat. Without warning, there was a tearing sound, and the next thing I knew I was in the shower. Luckily the injuries were minor but like some others who have left negative reviews I urge buyers to exercise extreme caution when handling this product. It's better not to use anything than risk a spinal or…

Dangerous and harmful to health!

DO NOT BUY if you value your safety! I bought it for my husband in August. He's under the weight limit so this should never have happened! He was sitting on it and suddenly it broke in half and he was on the bottom of the tub with the pieces stuck in his back! I can't believe Amazon will keep selling this even though they know what's going on with their customers! My husband suffers from spinal stenosis and chronic pain, now this is added! Shame on yourself and that manufacturer for continuing…

This product is dangerous

Dangerous. The first one sent had a rip but he thought it ripped on delivery so asked for a replacement. After using a dose yesterday it broke in half when my disabled husband threw it on the shower floor. Because he has a knee problem, he cannot get up from a seated position, so he had to call 911 for help. The item is rated at 350 lbs. My husband weighs just under 300 so I think that's false advertising. I called Revain, found a person in Indonesia and asked for a refund but was denied and…

  • Definitely bad product

Very strong, easy to assemble

I ordered it in autumn 2017. I had a horrible experience with a hip replacement. Five days after my hip replacement I suddenly had terrible pain. It was a bone next to a prosthetic hip that had just broken. So to the hospital for another operation. I won't go into detail but it was a terrible recovery and I knew I needed a shower chair. And if I fall, it means another operation. I read the reviews and was concerned about the chair breaking and all the negative reviews so I can't remember why I…

Pros
  • Comfortable
Cons
  • Nothing

Looks and feels sturdy. Sturdy clip-in chair handles are great for allowing you to rise vertically out of your chair as you move forward. These are not armrests. You will bear the full weight of your stiff hand as you press down to stand up. If your hips are 16 inches wide in a seated position, you'll easily fit between the seat and the handlebars. If you're 17 inches wide you'll get tight, but it will work. If you are 18 inches+ wide, buy a chair that is wider. Removing a grip may widen your…

Pros
  • Great for a small home
Cons
  • Really don't like it, everything is fine
