Because he has a knee problem, he cannot get up from a seated position, so he had to call 911 for help. The item is rated at 350 lbs. My husband weighs just under 300 so I think that's false advertising. I called Revain, found a person in Indonesia and asked for a refund but was denied and told I would have to contact the manufacturer. Buy this product at your own risk. I will never buy a Drive product again.
