My Hospital does not provide a configuration URL for the dictation software shortcut that some programs require. I was concerned that this product might have a similar problem. But it works great. all you have to do is install it and dictate on the screen you open - cprs, epic, wordpad are what I use it for. A set of headphones that work well is also included. I've also used a voice recorder, but personally I don't see any difference
