My bird loves this food. He's been eating it since he was a little kid. He eats and much more. It seems to keep him sane. I don't know if you'll have any luck with a bird on a seed diet trying to convert it to it. It might not work. I haven't tried it on other birds. That's what he ate when we got him and we're sticking with it - along with the taste of the zupreem fruit mix. He primarily eats these two foods, as well as green peppers, scrambled eggs, most vegetables, chicken wings, pizza, and popcorn except for salt and butter. We used to take a large size, but for some reason they stopped releasing it. Luckily he took the average size.
