I'm under 18 and didn't need ID or anything. I pierced myself and my friends they turned out so well but I recommend you get it pierced professionally or watch some videos. Be careful when using it, always disinfect your tools before doing this and please wear gloves, stinging infections are really uncomfortable and painful so take care kids ๐ค
