Review on The Planner by Jesse Diaz

Easy to use, very user friendly, the interface is easy to understand and it is very helpful especially if you are new at this program. I don't like the fact that there is no support available after hours and during weekends. I also would have liked if some of the templates were more customizable so I could add to them what I needed instead of having to create them from scratch, but other than that, I am able to do my job with ease using this program. This is an easy solution that works well even if you are not familiar with this type of software. A must try!! It will definitely help you organize your schedule. We can set up our jobs in a simple way without many errors. I like how easy it is to use, even if you aren't very tech savvy. It's also nice that there are several different types of plans you can choose from. You can make custom plans too. I wish they had a better way to send out email reminders on due dates! Sometimes we don't realize a plan has changed until after the date has passed. Also, sometimes we forget when our order was due. This allows us to check back in with our customer service rep quickly if that happens.
