Very useful tool for scheduling purposes

Easy to use, very user friendly, the interface is easy to understand and it is very helpful especially if you are new at this program. I don't like the fact that there is no support available after hours and during weekends. I also would have liked if some of the templates were more customizable so I could add to them what I needed instead of having to create them from scratch, but other than that, I am able to do my job with ease using this program. This is an easy solution that works wellโ€ฆ

Pros
  • Simplicity just about anyone who uses computers should be pretty adept
  • Lots for choosing options
  • Very organized once created/edited by employees or managers as appropriate.
  • Simple layout & navigation nothing gets lost easily (like excel)
Cons
  • No ability / optionto print individual schedules directly.
  • Can get confusing trying all possible combinations
