I like these egg rings much better than silicone rings - they are much stronger. I used nonstick oil spray before use. The eggs cooked well and I was able to remove the ring (by running a butter knife around the edge) and the egg held its shape so I could flip it and cook the other side. I would have preferred them a little larger - they measure less than 3 inches on the inside of the ring (egg size) which is smaller than the size advertised in some other reviews - but my kids loved the eggs. be smaller and larger. They were a little difficult to clean, even with a spray, but it can get better with time. Overall I am satisfied with the purchase.
