Great collaboration tool, not always used

The ability for us as an agency / client vendor team member is one thing but being able to work with them side by side in person - even if it's only once during our annual conference or other meetups they attend was great! I think we are all pretty good at what/who do so there were no issues really just trying new things together which helps keep everyone up to date. Nothing specifically dislike about this program though some people may be more comfortable working remotely than others. It made meetings less formal & helped create relationships outside of email alone (which can get old).

Learning how their process has worked best over time since my tenure wth both firms have been separate before coming full circle recently.
They seem passionate enough that when you're sitting down talking face 2face, etc..you understand
