Installing this product was SUPER EASY! However, within the first week, one of the units began to howl. That wasn't a normal announcement. It was a constant screech and he refused to shut up. The only way to stop it was to disable it. Next I have one that initiates others by saying that when there is none, there is fire. If you try to drown it out, it says too much smoke, but no smoke or fire. In the event of a fault, it flashes yellow and red. Then there's another one that fires randomly at night. After some of them failed I can't recommend them. We looked for a spider, dust or some other reason and found nothing. I keep buying replacements, but now I'll look for a different look.
