I like that it is an easy platform for remote technicians or office staff who need access without VPN into multiple sites around San Antonio but are at home across town from their main site location. There's also reporting options that make things easier over email than having someone create templates just as needed instead of building them out ahead time. Support could use some improvements/updates such as making sure there isn't any lag when using video chat (which we were able to solve after contacting customer success). Our organization currently has many techs working remotely supporting clients located all over Texas so being connected easily was important. The knowledge base is very helpful for all my IT needs! It's easy to navigate through their website as well. I would like more automation options available so that it can be managed without having someone there 24/7. This software has helped me solve many problems over time. Their customer care helpdesk services are also great at solving any issues we have encountered. We've been able to find answers quickly using this tool.
