Very adjustable, holds the phone tight. I have a TPU case on my Nexus 5 and to try it out I put my phone in the holder and shook it as hard as I could. I couldn't move it. I'm absolutely sure that my phone will stay in place if my bike doesn't crash. The height from the handlebars to the phone is about 4 inches at the highest point. It is easy to turn and adjust. Smaller form factor than 3-piece RAM mounts.
