Defective tongue - heating, cooling and air quality

It fits, but the tongue is loose. When I tried to pull the filter out by the tab, both tabs broke and the filter wouldn't come out. Without the pull tabs some tools are required to remove which is very cumbersome as I like to check the filters regularly. Unless they make changes to the design, I recommend using a different brand.
