This 10.1 inch Android head unit gave me some troubles. I really wanted to like it but it just couldn't do what I would expect the head unit to do. I connected it to a 5G mobile WiFi hotspot. The cards often didn't work. didn't work at all, and when it worked it would twitch and update slowly, verbal instructions would break off. Spotify was working (slowly) but disconnected as soon as I switched to Maps. The radio didn't tune into stations. Android Auto will not work without an additional dongle, which you must find and purchase separately. I returned it and got a Jensen instead for a few bucks more, which works amazingly well. The seller exchanged many emails with me asking me to change my rating. They kept offering me a free replacement head unit with upgraded memory. If I give them more stars. More emails, more 5-star requests, and free stereo offers. Pooh. At first I thought "wow, what attentive customer service" but it quickly became apparent that they were just trying to buy 5 star reviews. Do not trust any reviews from this seller.
