Rack adjusters don't work

I had exactly the same experience as the other 1 star reviewers. I can't believe people give these 3 starts even if they admit in their review that the rail adjusters don't engage. That reduces the overall rating. The absence of Adjusters by 50% robs him of his purpose. The small tab broke off even though I was very careful and knew exactly what I was doing. I buy tons of stuff from Revain and rarely return Revain items, but I will refund this once the OEM parts arrive from the Whirlpool website.
