I thought it was an update but it definitely isn't. The right side doesn't snap into the up position very easily. If I used the customizer more often I would send them back. In any case, I almost always leave it at the bottom for it to work.

The quality of this part is better than the original. I only replaced the broken side, I think I'll wait until the other side breaks to replace it. The instructions weren't the best, but as another reviewer said, there are videos that are very helpful. It would be nice if some video tutorials just included a QR code.

We bought this replacement bracket because one of the wheels on the top rack broke and we needed to replace it. This mount is of higher quality and snaps easily into place. Installation took less than 10 minutes. Mainstay - stainless steel, OEM - plastic. I will definitely buy parts from them in the future.

The part has a good build quality. It was easy to install after understanding the instructions. There are pictures in the instructions but they are not that clear. If they were sharper, installation would be easier. So far this part is playing very well. I have looked at several similar products with prices both above and below the price of this item. I am happy with my purchase and would recommend it.

While this is a significant improvement over the OEM kit (it was broken in several places), this kit will cause the top basket to sag and take up extra rack space (enough to fit 2 cups waste ). I'm concerned that sagging could cause additional wear on the atomizer's top port seal. It's a pity that OEMs don't replace obviously defective original hardware free of charge. I think this has to be done until it breaks.

The supplied screws were unusable. They had a flat end (like a bolt) instead of a pointed end like a regular screw. This made it impossible to pierce the plastic case to attach the covers. Fortunately, the necessary screws were at hand. Also, the kickstand adjustment feature feels flimsy and I noticed that one side tends to slip off easily. I needed YouTube videos to get this job done as the instructions (blurry photos) were pathetic. Did the job but not impressed.

I had exactly the same experience as the other 1 star reviewers. I can't believe people give these 3 starts even if they admit in their review that the rail adjusters don't engage. That reduces the overall rating. The absence of Adjusters by 50% robs him of his purpose. The small tab broke off even though I was very careful and knew exactly what I was doing. I buy tons of stuff from Revain and rarely return Revain items, but I will refund this once the OEM parts arrive from the Whirlpool…

Update: One day after installation, one page stopped staying up. just trash. Changed from 3 stars to 1 star. When ordering an original hot tub item, the counterfeit will be sent back when the original arrives. The job gets done, but the fit and finish of this piece sucks. Stainless steel stampings have burrs and sharp edges where they connect to plastic components. Plastic is a hard, brittle plastic compound and is also poorly processed.
