We have had this phone for about a year. It works. This looks exactly how I had hoped. I like feeling it in my hand and up to my ear. People know me well here. However, every now and then when we try to adjust the volume on the phone, there comes a point where you can't hear the person at all and you have to turn the volume wheel until you can hear again. We turn off the volume so when calling, all you hear is a clicking sound. I love the nostalgia for this phone.
