Made for kids, not women.
This is insanely small. I ordered the large which I usually wear from L to XL for US sizes and followed their sizing chart to confirm it would fit (5ft 1in, hourglass shape, DD, 170lbs). And while the fabric and closures were good, the fit was frankly silly. First of all it would be the length of the crotch if I could wear it at all. Second, the circumference of the hips was about 20 inches. I think it might suit my 6 year old son but not an ADULT woman. Should it be for children? Very confusing as the description made it sound like it was a woman. If you have a child under 10 years old, definitely think that they will be cute because it could suit them. For some it is too short and too small. Also, to my annoyance, there were no washing instructions or even labels to confirm I received the size I ordered.
