The ability to work through different stakeholders, which made it easier for my team and me to collaborate within our group of people who had been reporting directly under each other previously (in another department). It also created some challenges when we tried transferring back into our old environment after training was complete - but that is likely more due to unfamiliarity with process than any actual fault in Prokarmas product or customer service support, so I'm going out on limb here! We are able solve problems of data integrity by creating relationships between two disparate systems without forcing re-entry/updating every single record. This makes sense because most organizations don't want an employee coming up against outdated information all day long. A lot can be lost if one records doesn’t match perfectly across databases even when using linked lists of IDs. The customer service provided was exceptional. They were very flexible with scheduling, meeting times and locations. I honestly can't think of anything negative to say about this program or my experience at BPMNW! It has been an incredible journey so far - they are extremely helpful and responsive staff. We have had great success integrating our legacy system into their platform.
