Review on 🐶 CEESC Dog Door: Premium PVC Plastic Pet Door for Small Medium Large Dogs & Puppies, Soft Transparent Magnetic Flap, and Snap-in Closing Panel by Laura Bates

After purchasing this product I attempted to incorporate it into my metal and glass storm door. I tried to follow the instructions, drew the inside dimensions of the door and cut them out. It doesn't just fit the inside dimensions of the door as the two parts of the door need to slide into each other and the screw holes and guides are on the outside of the inside dimension. So I had to keep cutting until it finally squeezed into the door. At this point there was only about 1/4 inch or less plastic holding the dog door in the real door. This dog door was obviously not intended for storm doors or screen doors as it is too thick for a door, protrudes and has gaps due to all the cuts necessary. The best recommendation I can give is: DO NOT BUY THIS DOG FLAP! I had to send it back as soon as I saw the instructions to bring the chainsaw to my door! It's cheaply made, difficult to assemble, it has such a heavy base and powerful magnet that it sounds like someone is knocking on the door every time the dogs use it, no if it's not exactly perfectly aligned is, the sash gets stuck and won't sway. Spend a little more money and get the best dog flap ever!
