I swim 2-4 times a week for 80-90 minutes in a huge park. Swimming pool and I have been using these suits for 5 years. They wear out after about a year, but it's worth it. I'm 50, so I'm NOT wearing those nasty little racing suits; nobody should see it. it has full coverage but doesn't look matronly; Well, a little venerable because it has full coverage. but wedges are better then. No wedges, no chest slides. Like I said, they stretch and eventually wear out. As soon as you realize you are giving too much, get a new one. but worth it if you swim a lot.
