This product is well made and feels solid. The handles are part of the mug, unlike many alternatives where the handle is welded on and can come loose over time. However, the downsides were that the silicone grips slipped off too easily, allowing liquid to seep in, and the cup grips were too short to be fully functional. The extra inch keeps your knuckles from getting caught in the dry ingredients while scooping. The handles of the spoons were also shorter than most. Finally, the conversion chart made it difficult to read the words engraved on the shiny steel. I liked that it is magnetic. They were eventually returned.
