Don't use these for fine art! Top peels off!
I ordered these for a commission art piece. While spraying the sides black I noticed some peeling of the top layer of wood. Not good. As I sanded it, more and more of the thin top layer of plywood came up.This is a photo of the areas where the wood was peeling off. Entire strips easily came off. I ended up easily peeling the entire layer of plywood off. Underneath is some kind of hardboard.This issue renders these panels unusable for any kind of art intended for sale. Very disappointing.
