ALLRRRRRR. Why haven't I made my own pasta for years? I feel SO guilty saying I made pasta with this machine. It does all the hard work for you. It even tells you the ratio of the ingredients thanks to the built-in scales. Lasagna sheet color is not perfect. This creates a gap in each sheet, requiring you to rejoin the sheet. Good for lasagna. Ravioli nightmare. So she's my new best friend. Amazingly quick and easy to peel us and squeeze the color out of the batter with the tool, I can feel the ASMR effect! worth your money
