I bought this for my wife who has a new passion for candle making. She tried to use it but it was a disaster, the wax leaked everywhere. I ended up laying one of the ribbons vertically, right where the wick goes, to cover the hole that seemed to be the main place the wax came out. I then poke a small hole in each end with a needle to go through the wick. She tried again and everything worked perfectly, no leaks. Difficult to understand, especially without a guide, but was able to get it working properly. Good luck everyone!
