Review on Dorman 740-691 Power Window Regulator for Front Passenger Side – Select Models by Matthew Aiono

This was the second I have had to purchase in less than six months. On amazon, two different sellers offer these. The product worked in reverse - pushed the button down and the window went up, pushed the button up and the window went down. In both cases I installed, uninstalled and reinstalled correctly and it still worked in reverse. The first seller I bought an item from only had a 30 day return policy. I decided to skip the second seller and contacted the actual manufacturer. After a few emails the quality control rep thought there might be a manufacturing issue because the coils were swapped and asked me to send him both regulators and he would send me a replacement from the factory. I acted as requested and received a replacement device. I installed the block from the manufacturer and it worked as it should.
