I like how it helps me keep track of my client's responses in-house which gives us peace of mind knowing we are monitoring our clients' needs from day one! I dislike that it can sometimes be confusing when you have multiple people working through each assignment at once so there might not always be someone available to help if needed. It makes sense having something as simple as this for your team but make sure everyone fully understands what they need to do/use first before implementing it into your process. We're using Inviter for tracking feedback after every appointment, allowing us to manage everything within our system which eases any paperwork afterwards too!
