Fatiguing and painful to use.

Simply terrible! The wire is flimsy, so if you want it to stay straight it won't, and if you want it to stay bent it won't. Worst of all, the wire protrudes beyond the bristles so it hits your gums when you try to get it between your teeth. It took me ages to get it between each tooth and when I was done I picked my gums a few times. If all toothpicks are as bad as this one, I'll stick with dental floss.
