Works great on a MacBook Air with El Capitan
I installed the driver from the link in the user guide, restarted and the connection listed under Network in System Preferences as expected. I was glad the driver worked without having to disable "System Integrity Protection" (SIP) in recovery mode with "csrutil disable" as some other adapters require. Backing up to my Time Capsule is now MUCH faster than over Wi-Fi. Well!
