Would give 5 stars but some washers were missing from the hardware kit. I think they solved this problem after so many other people said the same thing in their reviews. To complete the assembly I had to make a trip to the hardware store. Other than that issue, it's great. My budgies are still getting used to being at the top of their cage. It usually takes them about a week to get used to the changes in their environment. Edit: After a few weeks of staying, the budgies have become accustomed to the new addition and he's now a regular stop on tours.
