Both screens we ordered installed correctly and looked fine until after a few months they started developing air bubbles and are now unusable. The material appears to be very sensitive to ambient/humidity levels even though we are in an air conditioned office with ventilation and air conditioning. Plus, it's both a terrible screen and a terrible whiteboard. The screen can be easily written on using the supplied markers and eraser. However, it is almost impossible to delete. And even then, you can still see the writing on the surface when using the projector. (I wrote on the wall next to the screen, and it was about the same as erasing.) The glossy surface, intended to be a whiteboard, reflects the projector lamp. So where you sit, there is a really disturbing bright spot.
