Great CRM - user friendly with great functionality

I like how easy it is to use, everything you would need is there. The customer service. I am able to solve my problems quickly and easily and get a prompt response back from their team. I wish I could have more than one account manager and more support staff. It is an easy solution if you are used to Salesforce. There is nothing I dislike about this product. If you are looking for an easy tool to help manage your engagement process, then this is for you. As a small business owner who is looking for ways to keep the lines of communication open between me and my customers so they know what is going on, this has been extremely helpful.
