The only minor gripe I have with the helmet is that the included taillight often holds a charge for less than two full rides. I contacted the seller who told me the battery typically lasts 3-4 hours which is consistent with what I found. I'm also satisfied with the protection that the device offers me. Update 18 months later. The light stopped charging and I contacted the seller to find out how to purchase a replacement. They exceeded my expectations by offering to send me a replacement at no extra charge. Glory to them.
