Review on 12oz French Press Coffee Maker by Wyndham House™ by John Martin

I recommend buying a better product. I bought this because I wanted a plastic free glass and stainless steel product and was disappointed (see below). I should have read more reviews before purchasing. Totally my fault, not seller's problem. The item appears to be very fragile. Other reviewers noted that it broke easily. My biggest concern is the materials the product is made from. The description states that these are top quality products and not stainless steel. I don't know what kind of plastic is in the lid either. Nowhere on the packaging does it say the product is made of stainless steel or that the plastic is BPA-free. (The only place it says a product is made of stainless steel is in the fine print on the Revain website.) Maybe, but who knows. As other reviews note that the product rusts I doubt it. See attached photos. Please note that the inside of the lid is lined with white plastic.
