This really sucks
I hated this lock, programming was IMPOSSIBLE. The master code they recommended is wrong. Then even as it went off the alarm went off, I was frustrated after three hours of trying to program it, I finally had my fingerprints programmed and about half the time the lock made a sound like it would open up, but it wasn't t. will not. I sent this crap back.
