Includes 16 decals, 8 on two sheets and 1 decal for 1/4 tires. They apply great and make your tires look really sharp. If you're doing this yourself, make sure you have a steady hand and a good eye to line up each decal correctly. You don't need a tire knocker if you have access to at least a quarter of the tire, although that would make things easier. I applied 1 sticker, pushed the bike a quarter turn, applied the next one, pushed the bike, etc. It took about an hour but I was very careful not to screw it up. See photos before and after.
