Update: In less than a month my t-shirt fell off, I was also very angry. When I received the letters I couldn't wait to post them! I was waiting for a dry day and around 55/60 degrees to get the best results. After I put them on I took a picture and sent them to everyone because they looked good. Well the reason I rated it 3 stars is because the T is already coming off. I made sure everything was clean and dry so I'll have to buy more and am not happy with that.

I'm not sure I did anything wrong if only they aren't that sticky. According to the instructions, I wiped the dents very clean. I used a paper towel with denatured alcohol on it and wiped it down a few times. It was clean. Then I added each letter individually. I did this without touching the bottom, just the sides of each letter. I lined it up and pushed hard into the recess. Everything went well. It was in my garage and about 50 feet at the time.
