We can set up alerts for our staff in specific locations but also have been able use it as an app which helps us keep track of those who are near schools etc without having people follow them around all day! Would be great if we could integrate this into other apps too so they don't need two sets/apps - one just works!! Keeps me informed about where my team has travelled throughout their shift (and how many times) The ease of use and the ability to have more than one user working from different locations with the system. This allows us to create reports and send them out to multiple people at once. There are some features that are a bit dated, but the overall functionality remains good. It has made our lives easier in reporting. We have been able to report crimes to other departments faster than ever before.
