I now use this set of blades exclusively on the WhistleSmith series of whistles and flutes.

All finger holes and parts of the mouthpiece must be deburred to avoid sharp edges. Blades should cut, not slip and be at different cutting angles. The polymer is tough on the blades and is the best I've ever used. NO sharpening required for long term use.
