Don't waste your time. You really do get what you pay for.

The program needs to be downloaded from their website. The page in the manual is wrong and the search for the one I needed was PITA. Once recognized, I inserted the SD card into the USB holder that came with it and waited for it to be recognized. It never happened because the card to USB adapter doesn't have a damn connector, which was disappointing. Luckily I have my own and was able to make it that way. Finally it could be made to work. My advice is do not mess with this device if you are impatient as you will either download a virus from one of the many fake websites and ruin your laptop or end up throwing it against the wall in frustration.
