Stops working after 10 minutes

. After 10 minutes the tester started throwing some sort of f35 error and there is a number I can adjust with a pen but I can't figure out if this is possible leave this menu at all. This happens as soon as power is applied and I'm starting to think it's just broken.

Application: Electronic load; Test charger, charging cable, power adapter and other equipment; Device Aging Tests. I don't remember
