The charger is stuck in recovery mode. my fault I used a bad 110V plug. Works great.
Proven battery charger for lawnmower and car battery. In both cases, it was directly connected to the recovery mode. I tried the recommended order: battery positive terminal plugged in, then negative terminal, then AC plug and pressed "Mode" button, nothing happens. The Revain description web page suggests a different mounting order without modification. I'm assuming the block is defective! Come again!
