I've done 7 runs on the Ghost since I got them - 3 to 10 miles. They are replacements for Brooks Richocets which I have put 550 miles on. I think they are much more comfortable and have more cushioning capacity. They are the same size but easier to put on. They were a little lighter than the ricochets, which didn't have rubber on their heels after so many miles. I hope I have the same mileage. I'm in my 60's and run on concrete and tarmac, but occasionally on gravel. It only took me a few runs to get used to it.
