So we use this only for hot water. I saw some reviews about cleaning, which is very true the instructions for cleaning are very unclear especially before 1st use there is nothing on that. However, I know from before that you need to boil or clean with vinegar before first use that only helped a little bit we still had some stuff coming out after a few times of boiling the water in it finally I used baking soda that cleaned all of the black stuff out and water seems to be nice and clean now. Also, the stream pressure is extremely low comparing to other brands that's a little annoying but barrable. Also, if you are a fan of extremely boiling hot this is not for you. Even if it's plugged in it's going to be hot but not boiling hot if you are ok with that this is not a bad product.
