Spout is slow in my review

For some reason the coffee doesn’t come out of the spout very well as if a vacuum inside the pot is holding it back. Otherwise, I like it.

Pros
  • This was a gift for my Mom in Love. Her coffee pot played out and she loves her new one.
Cons
  • The urn may require frequent descaling

Yes I HIGHLY recommend (honest review)

This is a rly great percolator. It brews great tasting coffee in 6mins. Very well made. This is very high quality for a great price.

Pros
  • If you need something for a party once in a while - this is a great value.
Cons
  • The large capacity may lead to excess coffee waste

Does not perk long enough

It does not perk long enough and needs to be hotter. Coffee comes out weak. Kept because do not use often and time to return out of time.

Pros
  • Percolated coffee. Yum. Easy to use and makes delicious coffee.
Cons
  • The urn may have a strong metal odor that affects the taste of coffee

Have had it just about a month.

So far, it is fine, but I am a hardcore percolator user so I know to expect failure any day now. I think I have tried all of the ones available on ebay, except the Moss & Stone one, as I can’t seem to find out who makes that one. And even among the bigger brands (Faber, Presto) have run into issues or failure. Pretty amazing that in the 21st century a percolator can’t seem to be made to last a year or longer. I admit I use it a lot.maybe three times a day, sometimes four. But at this point I…

Pros
  • Big difference in taste of drip or kureg. Love my Perk !!!
Cons
  • The urn may not come with a warranty or guarantee

Not a long life on my review.

Initially the product worked well and produced the tasty coffee that percolators are known for but after 6 months it began to fail to the extent that I threw it away.

Pros
  • Big and easy to clean
Cons
  • Expensive compared to other coffee makers on the market

no filters needed save money

We liked everything good perculator we use it every morning with breakfast. It works as well as cuisinart at half the price.

Pros
  • 1000 watts
Cons
  • The brewing process may be too complicated for some users

Just right for a large family get together

Brews around 10 massive cups or 20 regular cups of coffee. The number 30 is for what is a demitasse, or a ridiculously small cup that we don’t use in the US. Takes around 30 minutes to complete. You’ll want to get a test batch done for a forgiving group first to make sure you’ve got your ratio down, then it’s so darn easy you’ll be laughing!Make your coffee the easiest part of your next group meal/gathering!This device will keep it warm for at least an hour after it’s brewed that I know of…

Pros
  • Makes great coffee love it the indicator lite doesn't work but ok with it
Cons
  • The urn may be difficult to operate without instructions

Good then bad😥 in my review

Loved this percolator for the first 9 months. It now makes coffee that looks like colored water. I have scrubbed all holes to make sure it is not plugged anywhere. I am going to try to reach out to manufacturer.

Pros
  • Great coffee pot. Super easy to use and fast brewing. Love it!!
Cons
  • Too much coffee in one sitting may lead to jitters or stomach upset

Doesn’t perk long enough

There are a few things that are really upsetting about this. First of all although it does keep the coffee at a perfect temperature, it simply doesn’t perk long enough to make a decent tasting pot of coffee. No matter how much coffee I put in it, it always comes out weak. Secondly I can’t find a reusable filter in order to keep the grounds out that is big enough to fit the grounds container. The only one that I can find anywhere is actually half the size it should be. I prefer perked coffee…

Pros
  • Beat my expectations. Good sturdy coffee pot. No more plastic junk.
Cons
  • The urn may have a learning curve for new users

No more drips: my feedback

This coffee urn has been a great addition to our entertaining. It's the perfect size for a small gathering of 15-20 people. It does not leak like our previous model did, we are very happy with the purchase.

Pros
  • 30 Cups
Cons
  • The urn may require frequent replacement of parts

Highly recommended!

I purchase this for my job so that I don’t have to bring coffee from home. So far it has been a great investment. This percolator is well made and produces a rich and smooth cup of joe.

Pros
  • All purpose: Perfect for serving coffee, tea, hot cider, hot chocolate and more for banquets, church functions, corporate events and parties
Cons
  • The urn may not be suitable for small apartments or dorm rooms

Did as it was stated and what it was made to do

I was concerned because the box was beat up pretty bad when it arrived. Inside the styrofoam protective piece on top was broken. The top was taped, as if, it had been opened before, then returned. The parts inside were not in their plastic shipping bags. However, I decided to try it out. I went to clean it first and noticed the nut inside on the bottom, seemed discolored or had oxidized spots on the metal. But, not rusted. So did, the nut on the pour spout. I assumed those parts were aluminum…

Pros
  • Manual
Cons
  • The urn may not have a spill-proof design

Works as should but temp falls too low

This coffee pot works as supposed to, except after coffee is brewed, it doesnt keep the coffee as warm as most others, I prefer my coffee hot, not luke warm. If you get a cup as soon as its brewed its hot enuf, but shortly after say 2 hrs, its not hot enuf

Pros
  • Coffee Urn
Cons
  • The urn may not have a programmable timer for delayed brewing

Great coffee!: my feedback

Coffee like gram used to make delicious! So much better than drip coffee maker’s. I am a slow coffee drinker. It stays warm until I turn it off. One pot started at 8 and still good at noon.

Pros
  • 2 way dripless faucet: Non drip faucet keeps surfaces clean while allowing for easy filling of cups; Lightly push down the serving handle to fill a single cup or keep the handle depressed to easily fill carafes
Cons
  • The urn may become hot to the touch during operation

Set it and forget it

Our company was making an effort to phase out K-cups during day-long meetings so we got 2 of these 30-cup brewers. They worked very well for the purpose we had in mind. Kept the coffee piping hot and readily available all day. They were even easy to carry -- the conference room was down the hall from the breakroom with the sink.Depending on what kind of water supply you have -- sink or filtration system -- you'll have to plan ahead for how you'll fill the brewers. We had a fairly large pitcher…

Perfect Old Fashioned Percolator w/ UPDATE.

My Pop's is all about his coffee, and he loves percolators, he likes that burnt cowboy coffee, strong and black, until it tastes of used motor oil. Meh, but that's my Pop's! He loves this thing. My only gripe about it is that the fill markers are kinda hard to read inside the pot, and there's no water level meter so you know how full it is. It's build quality is okay, it say's it's stainless steel but it feels light and the base is a raised poly carbonate that kinda slides around on the counter,

Pros
  • Homecraft
Cons
  • The urn may require specific cleaning solutions or techniques

Not Farberware. good for me

Brew time seems very short. It doesn't allow enough time to extract full flavor from the coffee beans. Not much steam coming out of the spout which means it doesn't get hot enough which is crucial. If you like your coffee strong you have to use a lot of grinds and that tends to be expensive. If it's within your budget opt for a Farberware.

Pros
  • Brew time: Quick brewing urn efficiently brews 1 cup of coffee per minute
Cons
  • The urn may be too slow for larger groups or events

Has stopped working after 2 months ☹️

This pot makes the best coffee we have ever had.It was delivered January 25 and today is April , so I have basically had it for 2 months and use it every morning. This morning, it stopped working. Very saddened. Was not cheap.

Pros
  • All stainless steel so my coffee never goes through any plastic! It leaves flavor pure☕
Cons
  • The urn may be noisy during operation

Does the job. good for me

So we use this only for hot water. I saw some reviews about cleaning, which is very true the instructions for cleaning are very unclear especially before 1st use there is nothing on that. However, I know from before that you need to boil or clean with vinegar before first use that only helped a little bit we still had some stuff coming out after a few times of boiling the water in it finally I used baking soda that cleaned all of the black stuff out and water seems to be nice and clean now…

Pros
  • CU30SS
Cons
  • The urn may not have adjustable temperature settings for optimal brewing
