Low quality base/tray

The crate has been fine so far, but my dog (7 month pit mix runt) destroyed the base over the span of a few hours. Now I have to get one customized which is going to cost a pretty penny, and the crate is unusable until we have a new base. The crate was more expensive when I bought it than it is now, so I'm even more miffed. Please consider that additional cost if you purchase this item.

I got it for my yorkie and it’s his little home big enough to move around in.

Cons

Cheap build and material for the cost of this cage, paint came off while assembling.
