Review on CrowdHandler by Ethan Delaney

I like that it's easy to set-up and use. It does not require any special knowledge or training for users. The customer support is also great! They are very helpful and quick to respond to all my questions. I dislike that we can't have more than one instance of the software running at once. We have two different instances running in our office and sometimes they get out of sync. This makes managing both sites difficult. If you're looking for a simple way to protect your site during busy times, this is an easy choice. Protecting our site during peak hours and on holidays when our staff is busy.
