We are very glad we tried this lamp/fan. We didn't want a giant fan to flood the entire room, but we definitely needed airflow in the master bedroom here in Southwest Florida. The fan produces a subtle hum that's enough to help you sleep and generates enough airflow to keep you cool. You have various options for the light part of the lamp. Bright light, night light or no light with fan on or off. Modern look and relatively easy installation. Nice if the remote control is hanging on the wall next to another switch. Pictures show with bright light + night light, night light only and no light.
